We suggest that you contact your personal vet for nutritional advice and health related issues, however, we have 24 hour access to the most knowledgeable vets and are able to stabilize sugar gliders on your way to the vet in case of an emergency.
We can merely provide support based on our own experience and knowledge over the past 8 years as the only sugar glider rescue facility in South Africa.
Note that we have a 24 hour emergency call line. We are not able to respond to WhatsApp, SMS or any sort of IM (these will only be used to forward a photo if necessary in an emergency). We will gladly respond to your calls or emails as quick and sufficient as possible.

For behaviour, nail trims, introductions, collections and any other service needed regarding your gliders in person, we will be available on Tuesdays 8am-12, Thursdays 3pm-6pm and every 1st Saturday of the month from 9am-11am by appointment only. This service is FREE OF CHARGE. If you need assistance at any other time there will be charges, except for emergencies.
